My name is Latesha Kay-Harvell but everyone calls me Tee. I am a Front Desk Receptionist at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center. I am known for treating our patients like family! I love helping others to see the beauty within themselves and I feel as though EVERYONE deserves to be SEEN! I married the greatest man on Earth who inspires me daily and loves me unconditionally. I was raised by immigrant parents that taught me to dream BIG! I found a home at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center where not only am I valued, but I can continue to dream BIG! I am passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and excel in fast-paced environments, where my multitasking abilities enable me to effectively support both patients and my amazing team. I am known for my strong work ethic, compassion, and commitment to excellence. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog, often relaxing with a movie or catching up on The Walking Dead, paired with our favorite sushi.
Cristen Melo
Hello there! I’m Cristen Melo, and I’m thrilled to be one of the five fantastic Medical Assistants at DFAC in Fredericksburg. Originally from Maine and raised in Vermont, I’ve called Virginia home since 2004, and I must say, I really enjoy the warmer weather! As a proud mom to my teenage son, Aiden, I cherish every moment we spend together. With 24 years of experience in healthcare, I completed my Allied Health Preparation Certificate at the Community College of Vermont in 2018 and earned my Limited Radiologic Technologist License in 2019.
Being part of a team that cares for and educates our community truly fills my heart with joy. When I’m not at work, you can find me soaking up the sun, feeling the sand between my toes, cooking up delicious meals, or getting creative with crafting. I love spending time with my loved ones and making memories together!

My name is Rosa, and I have been a Medical Assistant since 2010, with a strong dedication to providing quality patient care. I have been a part of the team at Dynamic Foot and Ankle Center since January of this year. My passion for podiatry is deeply rooted in personal experience, as my grandmother passed away due to complications from diabetes. I take great pride in the opportunity to help others in her honor. Outside of work, I am a devoted mother to a 7-year-old daughter, and I cherish spending time with her. I am a hardworking, compassionate professional who values making meaningful connections and bringing positivity to every environment.

I’m also passionate about advocating for antimicrobial resistance, promoting smarter healthcare choices to protect future generations. When the white coat comes off, I switch gears to being a multitasking mom to my lively 2-year-old boy. From updating financial reports to reconciling accounts, handling sales tax filings, and ensuring encounter notes are complete, my role is to provide our team the support they need. Dr. Dannielle once said I’m kinda like a controller, a comment that perfectly captures my role in keeping everything on track.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife to my amazing husband and mom to our three wonderful children. In my free time, I enjoy baking sweet treats for my family. For me, it’s all about balancing work, family, and the simple pleasures that make each day meaningful!
