Meet Dr. Falco
Dr. Falco is a fellowship trained foot and ankle surgeon with the goal of providing compassionate, thoughtful and comprehensive care through making the patient’s goals a central tenet of his plan. Treating each patient with an individualized treatment plan by exploring nonoperative measures before surgical intervention, he is dedicated to helping the local community get back to doing what they love.
Dr. Falco completed his fellowship at University Hospitals Regional Hospitals Advanced Foot and Ankle Fellowship with Dr. Mark Mendeszoon. Throughout his fellowship training, Dr. Falco was granted the opportunity to work with athletes of all levels, All-State, State Champions, Division 1,II, III Athletes, All Americans, and Olympians while implementing the most state of the art techniques to help get them back to their activity. He received extensive training in ankle arthroscopy, minimally invasive techniques, sports injuries, ankle sprains, nerve repair/decompression, fracture management, flat foot reconstruction, wound care, external fixation and charcot deformity correction.
Dr. Falco completed his surgical residency in Washington, DC at Georgetown University/Medstar Washington Hospital Center, a level one trauma center and home to the renowned limb salvage institution.
Dr. Falco grew up in central New Jersey and completed his undergraduate studies at Towson University with a degree in Exercise Science. He then went on to complete his podiatric medical education at Barry University.
Outside of podiatry, Dr. Falco enjoys being active and playing any sport, with a current emphasis on field hockey. Additionally, traveling, mindfulness, medical product development and adventures with his wife are some of his other passions.
